Cabbage soup recipe diet guidelines are easy to follow. Lose about ten pounds in a week without starving yourself and with no weird foods and expensive supplements. What makes it easy is you get specific required foods to eat each day and most of the foods you probably already have.
Do yo just eat cabbage soup for a week? Not at all. The cabbage soup is just a filler. You eat all the soup you want, but you get to choose from other foods during the week. Though your choices are pretty limited each day.
This isn't a diet just to lose weight either, it's also a cleansing diet too. You eat no processed foods, just simple basic foods less the breads and sweets. That's really the key to the quick loss is cutting out the carbs, sweets and fats all at the same time.
Here are the food choices by day: fruit one day, vegetables another day, fruit and vegetables another, bananas and milk on the fourth day, beef and tomatoes the fifth day, beef and vegetables, then finally on the last day you get brown rice and vegetables.
You get a specific plan for every day and as you can see the choices are limited on a given day but you eat a variety of foods during the week. What makes it easy to do is the variety of foods. Remember this is just a seven day plan. It's for quick weight loss which is not sustainable, but surely can be motivating.
Follow this up with a sound plan for eating and exercises to raise your metabolism and in a few weeks you can make great improvements in how you look and feel.
