- 3 large onions
- 1 head celery
- 1 large green pepper
- One can diced tomatoes
- 1 pack onion soup mix
- 3 vegetable bouillon cubes
- 8-12 cups of water
*Optional seasonings: salt,
pepper, garlic powder, cilantro, parsley, basil, oregano Place washed and chopped vegetables in large stockpot. Add
water, stir in soup mix, bouillon and tomatoes. Add water to fully
cover all the vegetables. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
